The Pennstar Government Financial Services team is led by Vice-President John J. Jablowski, Jr. MPA who brings over two decades of municipal financial management experience to each and every relationship. 

John's background includes service as a local government official, community leader and educator. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Penn State University and a Master's Degree in PublicAdministration from Marywood University.  John also serves as a lecturer in Government and Political Science for numerous area colleges and universities.
